Mike's '67 Westy

Mike is a recent transplant from Tempe, AZ and now resides in Bellingham in search of greener pastures. He’s a big fan of off-road busing and camping and long road trips in his bus. Most notably he drove from Tempe to Alaska back in 2008 in this late split Westy with just his dog Boo for companionship.

This early 67 Westy pop-top was picked up in Tucson , AZ back in 2005 to replace his 66 that rolled on the freeway. The body is about 95% rust free but some body work and paint is needed to make this former pearl white gem shine again. The bus is built to travel and includes a 3:88 ring & pinion tranny and a 1904CC motor with dual Kadrons and averages 20 MPG on the freeway. Sporting a complete SO42 camping kit with Bay side tent, this bus is ready to camp anytime and anywhere.
